'From the first lesson, I was hooked. I enjoyed the calming atmosphere that Jen created and the way Pilates made my whole body feel stretched and relaxed. Jen is an excellent teacher. She plans her lessons extremely well, to cater for everyone’s needs. She’s attentive, patient and will help you adjust your body into the correct and safe position if you may be struggling.'

‘Jen is a really excellent Pilates teacher - one of the very best of the many I've worked with. Jen plans her sessions carefully so they're varied and have just the right level of challenge. She's really good at explaining and demonstrating, and she's very attentive when you need correcting, ensuring safety as well helping you improve. She's also committed to keeping herself up to date with new ideas and techniques so her classes are constantly refreshed and interesting.'

‘I’m a typical mid-sixties bloke with a dodgy back. I’ve been going to Jen’s Pilates class for over a year and it’s improved massively with all the strengthening and stretching. Pain free for the first time in a decade. Jen is wonderfully straightforward and friendly person - no philosophising, just practical support. Highly recommend her classes.'

Jennifer is a great human and a knowledgeable and generous practitioner. I really appreciate that she can talk the language of my bodynerd brain but leads with language accessible to everyone, and that she's really careful not to make assumptions.

My first core+more 'Breath Better' workshop was incredibly relaxing and full of new techniques to me. I didn’t know how much my body needed a session like this! My body felt light and energised. Also, as someone dealing with chronic pain, it made a big difference to learn ways to improve my breathing to support my body on an everyday basis. I really appreciate Jen taking the time to understand my condition, guiding me and adapting her techniques to my needs. Really enjoyed how Jen's class was engaging, challenging, and easy to follow, for me as a Pilates beginner and a non-native English speaker. I can't wait for the next workshop!
